Key messages from the ECRR Webinar Advancing Freshwater Ecosystem Restoration

The European Centre for River Restoration commemorated its 25th anniversary on March 25th , 2024, with a special webinar focused on the significant topic of Advancing Freshwater Ecosystem Restoration.

Four technical presentations were delivered live, providing insights into EU river restoration policies development, implementation status and progress, and particular aspects of wetland restoration. The ongoing and changing role of the ECRR as a driving force for river restoration across wider Europe was also presented.
