This proposition presents the core activities of the ECRR, aims to implement, in the period 2025-2027, as well as a number of activities needed to sterngthen and professionalize its organisation and processess. During this timeframe, a detailed work programme beyond 2027 willbe develloped.

The newsletter presents three remarkable collaborative efforts restoring Europe's rivers:
- the Gipuzkoa Masterplan;
- the European Open Rivers   Programme;
- the Lower Dnipro self-restoration.

The guidance document updates information on climate change impacts on the water cycle and provides tools to help water managers align River Basin Management( RBM) under the Water Framework Directive (WFD) and the Flood Directive (FD) to climate adaptation planning.
