🌍   ECRR Strategy Proposition 2025 - 2027

The European Centre for River Restoration (ECRR) releases its Strategic Proposition 2025–2027, outlining a multi-annual plan to strengthen ecological river restoration across greater Europe.

This strategy builds on ECRR’s role as a neutral knowledge broker and catalyst, connecting practitioners, policymakers, researchers, and civil society to advance resilient river ecosystems. It sets out core activities, including:

• Expanding knowledge platforms such as RiverWiki and facilitating Communities of Practice.
• Developing toolboxes and guidelines for implementing the Nature Restoration Law.
• Organizing the next European Conference on River Restoration (2027).
• Strengthening member and partnerships and professionalizing ECRR’s operations.
